Our 2017 had bad grinding noise early on. And we have never had anything on the roof. I attached a photo of the work order and correction.Side note, the headliner was making rattling sounds later and addressed at the same dealer. They accused me of putting hot glue in it and “no tech would have done this.” Yeah, I never touched the headliner. It’s beyond me.
